Nathan Lobel

Nathan Lobel advises clients on federal and state energy regulatory and policy matters and advocates on their behalf before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), other federal and state agencies, and the courts.
Prior to joining Roselle, Nathan was an Attorney Advisor in FERC’s Office of General Counsel, where he advised the Commission and drafted orders on a variety of energy market and transmission issues.
Before FERC, Nathan interned with the Energy & Telecommunications Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, Natural Resources Defense Council’s Sustainable FERC Project, and then- Commissioner Richard Glick’s office at FERC.
Before law school, Nathan was Special Assistant to the Director at the Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment.
Nathan holds a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Yale College.
